A group trail run through the Walpole Town Forest.  We’ll meet up at Walpole High School near the basketball courts for some light stretching and then get out on the trails.  We’ll have something for everyone between 3.5 mile and 1.5 mile loops and/or a track work out. The trails in the Town Forest are wide and mostly flat. Bug spray is highly recommended, there are bugs in the forest after all.
