Let's get out for a nice easy run with Black Belt Test 1 coming up in a week.

After a brief break, we're back. We'll do our usual trail run this Sunday morning. As for the name of this run, one of our frequent flyers, who will remain nameless, had to miss a couple of runs with an injury and demanded we name the next running club run after them.
